Turnaround time- Our standard service is 72 hours (3 working days- Monday-Friday-excluding Holidays). We offer rush service of 24 or 48 hour turnaround. Call for quote on this service.

Artwork- Please provide the best artwork possible. Your design will only be as good as your artwork. We will suggest necessary changes (if needed) when we quote your artwork. We will tell you if we feel lettering is too small to be legible, or if there is excessive detail for the size of the design.

We guarantee that your design will be technically correct. If for some reason you have difficulty with the design sewing, or if there was an error or omission in your design, we will correct the problem as soon as possible. Any changes made to the artwork after the design is punched will be subject to an edit or re-punch fee.

Acceptable graphic formats: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .TIFF, .CDR, .EPS, .AI, .PSD. We can also accept Word documents or PDF files as artwork.

Machine Formats Commercial: Barudan, Brother, Melco, Tajima, Toyota, ZSK.

Machine Formats Home: .HUS, PES, .PCM, .SEW, .EMD, .JEF, .SHV, .VIP, .CSD, .XXX, .DSZ.

Designs can be emailed to you at no charge. For an additional charge, we will mail Priority MAil or Red-Label UPS.
